2 TbspButter
2SlicesBreadyour favorite bread for grilled sandwiches
Smoked Turkeylunchmeat or shredded smoked turkey, use however much you want
4SlicesCooked Bacon
1SliceWhite CheeseProvolone, Monterey, White American, Pepperjack are all good choices
1/3cupSliced Cucumberslice as thinly as you can
1sprigFresh RosemaryUse your preferred amount, but definitely use at least a Tbsp
Instructions
Assemble your sandwich: bread, cucumber, turkey, rosemary, bacon, cheese, bread.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add 1 Tbsp of butter and melt.
Add your sandwich to the hot, melted butter in the skillet and grill until golden brown on one side. Feel free to press the sandwich down with a spatula to compress the sandwich, more like a panini.
Once golden brown, flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
